I recently had an excellent experience with Cory and Adam at Hartley & Co. Even though they had a fully booked schedule they made time to take care of a furnace issue I was having. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and honest. I know many other companies would have taken advantage of the situation to sell me parts I didn't need. But Adam diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Its tough finding honest companies for anything these days. I will definitely be using these guys going forward for any HVAC I need.Sheldon
We called Hartley to come and do our furnace and after waiting 2 1/2 hours after their expected time we called and left a message. They never bothered to call us back with any explanation so we phoned and cancelled them and called someone else who immediately gave us a confirmation and he called to say he was on his way! Way better service, we won’t be calling Hartley again. Too bad you’re running the business that used to be wonderful into the ground.
Our furnace went down in December and these guys fit us in to an already slammed schedule. After trouble shooting they discovered the last company installed the existing furnace improperly which caused a critical failure. The previous furnace lasted 18 years however proper installation can make the difference between 18 and 20+. Despite our situation they provided a fair price and replaced the furnace in an expedited timeline. It’s clear these guys know what they’re doing and care about their customers. Very happy with service getting new hot water heater. They were able to fit me in right away and plumber did great job on install and left utility room very clean after the job. Highly recommend them for any services they provide and their price was better than other companies I got estimates from.
