Unfortunately, conversations I have witnessed with the owners have been extremely rude. I would never do business with KVA Mechanical Ltd. here in Kamloops, BC.

Thank you again KVA MECHANICAL for sending Doug Campbell out to do our yearly maintenance. Consistently going above and beyond is the norm for Doug :) Traveling to our out-of-town location is not a problem and even taking care of issues when we are out of town! Any concerns or questions we have for him he is happy to clarify. We always appreciate Doug’s high level of care and attention to detail.
I agree with previous reviewers, ask for Doug, you won’t be disappointed.

Doug Campbell is the best there is, hes quick, and an extraordinarily nice plumber. They do out of town servicing and they do plumbing, electrical, anything you need! Not only did he come out of town, he installed a pressure valve for free so we only had to pay for the trip here and back, love them! Doug makes sure you're getting the best bang for your buck. Such a sweet guy. I'd highly suggest giving them a call and checking them out the next time you need something done, ask for Doug.
