I found this company by chance and I have very little knowledge of HVAC systems. The owner took his time to go over everything with me in depth details to help me understand my own system. He was honest and he charged me a very fair price. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend this company and their services!

Was going to give this a 1 star but decided on 3 because the young technician (Alex) made up for the bad experience with the owner. I chose the company because it's a family business . I was scheduled for Friday afternoon, the technician was running late and called to reschedule. I was supposed to be first customer Monday morning....another delay! While I was talking to Alex about another delay the owner came on the phone, I told him I wasn't happy. His answers and tone of voice made me want to cancel the contract for 2 visits. I asked how to do that. He screamed at me that I couldn't cancel because "it's already started" (what is started? Nobody at my home yet). So I told him I will definitely do a review, which resulted in him screaming "DO THAT, I'M RECORDING EVERYTHING AND WILL PUT SOMETHING UNDERNEATH IT RIGHT AWAY". Very interesting that he was recording (I think it might be legal in MO to do so without letting the other person know), makes me wonder if he has problems more often. Anyway, NEVER seen a business owner act so unprofessional! Definitely cannot recommend this company. The technician was very nice and professional and did a good job!
