I installed two new thermostats myself, and after set up my dehumidifier wasn’t working as I expected. Even though I was on the right path, the original install by the builder didn’t quite make sense. Christopher English did an excellent job during our AC service visit. He thoroughly troubleshot my dehumidifier setup, traced the wiring, and clearly explained how the dehumidification system works. He also pointed out that the original installation by the home builder wasn’t set up properly, which helped me better understand the limitations of my current system. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell anything—he simply provided honest feedback and explained how the setup could be improved to reach the dehumidifier’s full potential.
