Austin with Temperature Pro was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find technicians who combine technical expertise with great customer service, but Austin does both. Highly recommend him and the Temperature Pro team if you want it done right the first time.

I'm in the process of remodeling my home and updating the hvac system. I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer care service that I received from techian Austin Prihoda! Prior to choosing Temperature Pro, I researched multiple companies and decided to go with Temperature Pro based on the company's rating. Austin Prihoda definitely provided a level of service that was friendly, professional, and consistent with the rating that I previously read from other customers. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Austin did a great job. On time, communicative, and u covered an issue I wasn't aware of. At the same time he was able to figure out other issue solutions and come with a plan. Pricing is fair, and they are willing to work out a good plan of attack for our aging HVac . I'm very pleased and signed up for yearly maintenance as well.
