Hector and his team (Sonny, Josh, & Fernando) were terrific. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely courteous. Upon arrival they covered our floors to prevent any scratches or other damage. They removed our underperforming heat pump system and installed a new Carrier system. Old thermostats were removed and replaced with smart thermostats. We were given a tutorial on using the new thermostats. Very satisfied with the work performed. Highly recommend Estes!
I have been using Estes for repair, maintenance and quotes for a few years now. They have always been great, but the service I received after needing to replace my aging HVAC system was outstanding. Inside of 48 hours, I got an inspection, quote and my entire system replaced. Tyler, Hector & Fernando showed up on time, did a fast and professional install and actually left the areas they worked in cleaner than it was upon their arrival. Big thanks to Jacob for the quotes and answering my questions/calls and the tech Patrick is very knowledgeable and thorough.
Marcus and Jeff just completed the installation of a new air conditioner and furnace in our house, and all I can say is "WOW!!" Marcus texted me this morning to let me know when they would arrive, and they got here right on time. I showed them the existing equipment, and they said that they were ready to go and would text me if they needed anything. Marcus and Jeff got to work immediately, and were both highly skilled, hard-working, and friendly. Their technical expertise and experience with major installation projects was obvious.....and all of the work was completed by mid-afternoon. They were also very neat and quiet as they worked, and efficient, too. All in all, we were delighted with Marcus and Jeff.....and very happy that we selected Estes for this major A/C upgrade. The Estes pricing (best price of 4 proposals) and excellent customer service have made them a great choice!
