My technician Tyler was very pleasant and very detailed. I had additional questions therefore I spoke to Mark. Mark answered my questions, assisted me with helping me find financing and followed up to assure me that the equipment and service technicians would be there the following day. The next day the technicians were early, brought drop cloths, and worked through out the day to complete the job. They apologized for the loud noise of drilling. After completing the job the guys cleaned their boxes, swept and tested the system, explained what had been done and answered all my questions. It has been a pleasure buying as well as hsving the installstion done. I highly recommend them because of the professionalism, reputation and price point.

Not only because I felt their quote was reasonable, but because I felt that everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I switched to HVAC Bee in August 2025. I liked the idea of supporting a small locally owned business, because all the other HVAC firms are getting acquired by PE firms or larger chains - and the service is lousy.Before bringing HVAC Bee on, I very carefully asked them if they will notify me to set up follow on appointments. That makes it convenient for me, as I'll never forget to have them come out, and of course, it's good for them. There's nothing better for a business than the predictable revenue that comes with a subscription.After all, it was August and I had forgotten to call to have the A/C preventative maintenance (PM) done. I don't want to forget again.When the tech came out, I reiterated that point. He assured me it would run like auto pilot. He did the A/C maintenance and I paid I paid for a maintenance subscription of $199, which comes with two preventative maintenance (PM) appointments.The reminder never happened. It's January and the PM hasn't been done.Even worse, I've contacted the company several times and...crickets. Not even an acknowledgement.It's so disappointing. Even a locally owned business, one from the same community, behaves like all the others. Clearly, they don't have their business processes dialed in. The customer service is non-existent.But the thing that really burns me up, is that a business that doesn't do what they said and agreed to do. And what I've asked for is a no-brainer for them.If they can't manage their own business, if they don't do what they promised they'd do, how the heck can you trust them to do the right thing in maintenance or repairs?In my opinion, you can't.Update: 1/26/26: Despite the owner's response, HVAC Bee has never reached out to me. Ever. It's a shame they only respond to customers when they get a negative review.
