Jeff Harrison - Amazing! Fast Response! Courteous! Communicative! Work done quickly and professionally.Not sure how I can make a long story short... I had some leaky shut off valves in the house and booked an appointment online with TE on a Tuesday around 1:00pm and selected 2-5pm that same day. Savannah contacted me within a few minutes and said that unfortunately there were not any available technicians in my area but she would put me on the priority list in case a technicians schedule opened up and scheduled me for the same time that Wednesday. Part of the reason I needed this done quickly is that I am currently having my front yard landscaping redone and the leaky valve was for the front spigot so I can water my new yard/shrubs.About 20 minutes later I got a call from my landscaper and my SO Brian Wilkerson that a pipe had burst in my front yard at the street due to roots from am existing tree. They shut off the water immediately. I contacted my county water and reported the busted pipe who came out quickly and said it was a bust between the meter and the house which was my responsibility.I called Savannah back around 2pm and let her know that I now had an emergency issue. She put me on a brief hold and contacted Jeff Harrison and he was at the house within 30 minutes. Savannah was courteous and pleasant to speak with on the phone. I truly appreciate her help.He checked the busted pipe, the leaky shut valves, and my hot water heater (which I appreciated because I didn't realize how old it was). He suggested some upgrades to the pipe running from the street to the house, as well as getting a new hot water heater. He wasn't pushy about any of it - just providing me his professional opinion so I could make an informed decision. He emailed me an estimate for the work/parts quickly and I chose to go with his recommendations.He came back the next day around 9am and started immediately on the inside jobs. Brian and I felt so comfortable with Jeff that we left the door unlocked so he could get in since we had to work.The crew to dig the trench in the front yard came in the afternoon and carefully removed the sod, dug the trench, laid the pipe and put the sod back so that you couldn't tell it had been removed. Brian was able to take a hot shower around 6pm. Everything was done quickly, cleanly and professionally.Jeff is all the things I said in the beginning of this review. I'm keeping TE and his name in my phone list for the future.
Excellent experience!I could not ask for better service! I had a small plumbing leak that caused extensive damage to my kitchen cabinets, floors and subfloors. I thought insurance company would arrange a plumber evaluation but they didn’t so I had to hurry to find a plumber with good reviews fairly quickly. I must have looked at/read nearly 100 reviews, most of them very old (3-8 years old) and half of them were unfavorable. Finally found TE Certified which had lots of RECENT and FAVORABLE reviews. I called, explained my situation and Maria got a plumber out the very next day. Nate, the plumber, found the issue quickly and, though he had to go 30 minutes (one-way) to get more supplies, he fixed the leak that day! I had been without water for five days and Nate @ TE Certified got me back to somewhat “normal” within a couple of hours! I had another water issue a day later (Thursday afternoon) and Nate was booked until Monday but he came out early Monday morning and resolved the issue. I’ll recommend this company to anyone who asks and anyone else who doesn’t ask! Kindness and professionalism 100%. Best experience I’ve ever had with a service provider.
