Due to a lightning strike, our HVAC had to be replaced. DEANE HVAC installed a new one and we had a nice, cool summer. During the winter, the system had some glitches with the thermostat reading a certain temperature, but putting out the opposite of that temp. Basically the heater felt like the AC was on and vice versa. Then the freeze happened and we were really in trouble. I called the technician (Cody) and told him the problem. I didn't expect him to come out with the roads frozen and dangerous, but he informed me that they were out working despite the weather and would be by my house as soon as they could that very same day! I was relieved, impressed and grateful!! Cody has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient each time he has had to come out to resolve our HVAC issues. Some HVAC issues take time to resolve.
