I chose The Coolest Air to install my new ac system in Austin and it went great! They have the best customer service but also the best install crew around. Cliff, Aaron & Daniel worked two days on converting my original Daikin FIT system to a high efficiency Dual Fuel Heat Pump system with gas furnace. The system also qualifies for a tax credit. We are excited to have them doing our maintenance from now on. They added air purifier and an IFLO drain system. Thank you guys!

I have been using The Coolest Air for the past couple of years for any problems and for their twice a year maintenance plan. I chose them based on the reputation and reviews that I saw from many different people. They have not disappointed at all. Always quick to respond, repairs and maintenance done quickly and efficiently. But, most of all, have always been honest and presented me with all possible options and the pros/cons of each option. Never pushy and always keep my needs in perspective. Unfortunately, my unit needed another costly repair a few weeks ago. I was presented with the option to repair it (with a part that would potentially go out again in a few years) or to replace the entire system with a couple of options. The old unit (installed by another company before) was constantly giving us problems so I opted to replace the old system with an upgraded one. They worked to help me get the best pricing possible. Aaron and Daniel arrived as expected this morning at 7am. They worked all day taking out the old system and placing the new one. To include rebuilding and upgrading the closet floor and the drain system. Both techs are so kind and respectful. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Everything was done neatly and professional and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Cliff (owner) came by as they were finishing up. What a great person. His company reflects this in everything they do. All questions were answered quickly and professionally. I will never use any other A/C company. They have my loyal business for life. We have used Coolest Air for over 18 years if we needed air conditioning or heater support. They have done everything from routine service and minor repairs to complete system replacements.Recently they performed extensive work at ourHome. They replaced our heater and A/C with the latest high efficiency heat pump and A/C systems. In addition to the new systems, they added extensive blow-in insulation and enhanced our air filter with a UV light process the improves air quality.Cliff and his expert technicians - Daniel and Aaron also replaced our water heater with a new energy efficient unit that gives us more responsive hot water and better protection from leaks.All of these actions greatly improved the comfort of our home, and reduced our electric bill.We have recommended The Coolest Air to many of our friends, and they are now loyal customers too.You can’t go wrong if you call The Coolest Air!.
