Advanced Comfort Systems did a wonderful job fixing what has been a four-year problem with my Fujitsu Mini Split system; one that seemed completely insurmountable. Prior to Rich's help I was told I would need to replace my entire system to the tune of about $12,000. Rich was able to answer my questions about what was going on with my machines without all the confusing jargon. He quoted me a reasonable price and did not go over budget. Rich was quick to respond and had the job done within two weeks of my initial contact. I have used the cooling mode, the fan mode and the dry mode without any issues. I expect there will be no problems with the heating mode. I think that Advanced Comfort Systems is on the level and you can trust Rich with your Fujitsu.

The technology that he works with, Fujitsu mini-splits, is an industry leader. I have a Fujitsu mini-split in my previous home that has been working flawlessly for more than 10 years. We recently had 7 Fujitsu units installed in our house by Advanced Comfort Systems. The owner, Rich Cavanagh, came to my house and completed an energy needs assessment. He measured each room and window sizes and made a plan to put in the correct size units in the house. I was concerned that the units would be obtrusive, loud, and clunky. He assured me that would not be the case. We went with this company because his advanced training doubled our warranty with Fujitsu.

We scheduled an install date and then he called and asked if we wanted to get it done earlier. In a few days the system was installed. Seven indoor units and 2 outdoor units. After having window AC's that were loud and incredibly annoying to put in and out of the windows, these units are incredible. They are quite, sleek, unobtrusive, and they work as he said they would. Each room is individually controlled for both heat and AC. I have three rooms that I will keep at minimum heat in the winter and they are 4 times as efficient. I'm not looking forward to Winter, but my heat savings will be more than the payments.

I used NYSERDA's rebate program and cut the cost of the units in half. This whole project was a no-brainer. No more oil bills at whatever price the market brings.

He has great business ethics by showing up on time, performing the work in a timely fashion and all at an affordable rate which is carefully estimated beforehand. Rich and Tim did an awesome job putting in our Fujitsu system in only a couple of hours. No more stupid window air conditioners for me and it also throws heat. I highly recommend Advanced Comfort Systems. Five Stars!
