After a multi-year challenging adventure with the central air in my home (mold throughout my system from a previous contractor placing a shower vent pipe under the air handler that I was unaware of, full-system removal, and expensive mold-remediation), I never thought I'd be able to afford to install a new central air system in my home. Enter Ellenbogen HVAC. Before buying yet ANOTHER window AC unit, I decided to reach out for "one last try" to find another solution to AC that didn't involve individual window units. Jeremy came by and looked over the entire house and talked over options with me - there were more options that I expected. He took the info he gathered, and very quickly got back to me with an incredible option, that included finding a system that had a $5000 rebate that would cover about 40% of the cost of the entire system AND give me a secondary, energy-efficient heating option for my home in addition to a custom-build new ducted central air system. Jeremy and his team were knowledgeable, clean, dedicated to the project, kind, and very hard working. I am very happy with my new central air system and am so glad I made that "one last call" to Ellenbogen HVAC.
