I had the pleasure of having Jesse come out yesterday morning to check the problem with my water heater motor. He was polite, friendly, and so helpful. He could not fix the problem immediately so he ordered a part and said it wouldn’t take long. He wasn’t kidding! The part arrived before lunch. I called to have the part installed and got an appointment later that afternoon. Joe came back and was equally impressive. The whole issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I switched from Reliance t o enercare. Matt and Christian were punctual and great at explaining the process to me. They were able to set me up with a tank that matched the needs of my family/home as well as letting me take advantage of some current promotions running. The install was quick and they left the space clean. The Reliance tank was removed and the account closed for me so no need to deal with them more. Happy to have hot water again and happy to have some savings in my pocket.

Our 14-year-old furnace stopped working last week and the repair cost didn’t make sense for the age of the furnace. We got quotes from several reputable HVAC companies in Kingston. We ended up going with Enercare. Declan our sales consultant was great, he promptly came to the house and quoted us a few options based on our current set up. We decided to do a swap with the same Carrier modulating high efficiency furnace. Declan listened to our needs and concerns regarding the install process we expected.Our installation technicians Spencer and Alex arrived on time, ready to work and were amazing to deal with. Such personable guys and they took great care with our home and most importantly the installation. Declan also sent a service technician, Barry, through the day to assist with the HRV integration and Carrier controls setup; he was very patient with our questions and an expert at getting things set up just right. All three technicians worked well together to ensure our system work perfectly before leaving!We felt we were in good hands with the professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable on-site team. They cleaned up the area, made sure the worksite was left in the condition they found it. I must say they went above and beyond as they replaced the condensate drain tubing on our HRV in addition to the install.We would recommend Enercare to anyone looking for HVAC replacement or repair.
