I had the pleasure of having Jesse come out yesterday morning to check the problem with my water heater motor. He was polite, friendly, and so helpful. He could not fix the problem immediately so he ordered a part and said it wouldn’t take long. He wasn’t kidding! The part arrived before lunch. I called to have the part installed and got an appointment later that afternoon. Joe came back and was equally impressive. The whole issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I switched from Reliance t o enercare. Matt and Christian were punctual and great at explaining the process to me. They were able to set me up with a tank that matched the needs of my family/home as well as letting me take advantage of some current promotions running. The install was quick and they left the space clean. The Reliance tank was removed and the account closed for me so no need to deal with them more. Happy to have hot water again and happy to have some savings in my pocket.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. They specifically went above and beyond, by discussion options and providing enough information to make decisions around rerouting our exhaust to ensure our unit operates optimally. A thorough explanation of the unit at end provided piece of mind and educated me on things I was not aware of prior. They used good spatial awareness with transporting both the old and new unit through the house and made sure the floors were clean before leaving. We were both very satisfied.
