After talking with him, my wife and I were confident Arctic was the right choice. Scheduling the installation was seamless, and both installation crews arrived right on time. They were professional, tidy, and genuinely pleasant to have working in our home and attic for several hours—even patiently tolerating the nonstop barking from our three dogs! Imtiaz from Arctic Air Temp did a fantastic job replacing the evaporator coil on our HVAC system. He showed up on time, got right to work, and really seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need.The system has been running so much better since he finished, and you could tell he actually cared about doing the job right. He was also really friendly and respectful in our home, which we appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely call Arctic Air Temp again especially if Imtiaz is available. I can't remember the gentleman's name who came to work on my A/C, but both technicians were wonderful-one of them might have been Omi. They clearly explained what they were doing and what needed repair, then fixed everything on the spot. Very kind, respectful, and reasonably priced.
