After enduring nearly two weeks without AC last summer, my wife and I knew we’d be replacing both units in our home this year. When the time came, we started gathering quotes from local companies. Arctic was highly recommended by a close friend, so we decided to give them a call—and we’re so glad we did. Omi was extremely responsive and came out to our home the very next day. After talking with him, my wife and I were confident Arctic was the right choice. Scheduling the installation was seamless, and both installation crews arrived right on time. They were professional, tidy, and genuinely pleasant to have working in our home and attic for several hours—even patiently tolerating the nonstop barking from our three dogs! Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The entire process with Arctic was smooth from start to finish, and we have nothing but great things to say. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. The system has been running so much better since he finished, and you could tell he actually cared about doing the job right. He was also really friendly and respectful in our home, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely call Arctic Air Temp again especially if Imtiaz is available.
