Ash, Avon, and Torin were all excellent to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was done perfectly. The new system works very well, and we’re very happy with the results. Aamair Barrett also is a great sales rep guy. He clearly walked us through the benefits of installing a tankless water heater and water softener, making the process easy to understand and answered all my questions patiently. We recently installed an A.O. Smith tankless water heater and a Chlor-A-Soft water softener, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The hot water is instant and consistent, and the softener has made a noticeable difference in water quality. A big thank you to Moe Idrees for his excellent service. Huge thanks to Jamie and his install team. We had a professional inspection of our old system and informed of the many options to upgrade. We have a family of five, the old rental was not keeping up.
