They came out promptly and gave me a few options. Their estimate was very good, and the techs were clean and professional(other estimates were high or kinda sketchy). As the entire system was very old, we replaced the system. They showed up on Memorial day, and had it done in about 3.5 hours.

Entire team-from initial call to inspection to install everyone was very responsive and friendly. While I hoped for a repair and less $ cost my situation was explained and clearly communicated, they tried a few different things to help but my system had reached end of life. Never felt pressured or misled and was provided multiple options. They worked “with” us not “dealt” with us. Crew was on time and finished quickly. I will recommend without reservation.

Bought this system from Cantrell's 11 yrs ago. Our first problem in all that time. Jeff came out the same day we called, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced a bad capacitor. Great service at a reasonable price!

I have used Cantrell's for a long time. They are punctual, friendly, and efficient. During the recent maintenance visit, he also pulled out my electrostatic filter system and cleaned it because it was very dirty and may not be working as it should. I had been cleaning the filter only. If I ever knew to clean the entire system, I forgot. Now I know. They are great.
