Dustin & Zack are both very hard workers and operate as a team. They were focused on providing a quality installation. Our install consisted of a four ton AC, Evaporator Coil, 97% two stage variable speed gas furnace and a 130 pint Aprilaire dehumidifier.
Technician clearly communicated when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would. He was thorough in his assessment of our issue, seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood. He did a great job and is an asset to the company.
Jake was my first contact with Chauncey and Reynolds. He was my second opinion and they far and away blew the competition out of the water. He was very direct and honest. It was extremely refreshing to be able to have a good conversation about what was best for our house and it be affordable as well. Fast forward to the work performed and the technicians that came out were fantastic. Reece was very professional and the got done in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend them for any needs you might have for HVAC.
Eli, our technician, was very communicative and very kind. He was able to find this issue, and even when it became more complex of an issue, he called in assistance which I respect greatly.One thing to note, I did have to set my appointment through the after hours ai which at first was fine, but the system had some issues so when it came to the bill there were some problems. However they were solved quickly and efficiently by Eli and am very grateful for his professionalism.
Our technician Cody Wilson was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and he wasn’t like a used car salesman. He didn’t rush and didn’t push any sale. He did offer detail about our hvac system and some other services so we understood how those might be connected and could avoid costly repairs later on. I’d recommend this company based solely on our experience with Cody.
