I’ve always had a great experience with the John H Coleman company. They’ve been reliable and trustworthy for generations within my family, having installed and serviced my unit since 2014.Justin was our most recent technician dispatched out to our house. He was not only professional but clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing, he also was able explain the issues happening in a way that made sense for me during the entire process and i genuinely appreciate that.What really stood out was his attention to detail while checking everything over, while explaining the preventative care and services. He also took his time and we felt like he actually cared about our unit and family, it’s definitely worth requesting Justin on scheduled calls!
We just replaced an existing HVAC unit using John H. Coleman for the very first time. In brief, my wife and I had looked at on-line reviews of potential area providers and narrowed it down to a few. Coleman made our list and it's clear they certainly lived up to the very high ratings they receive from multiple on-line reviewers. Everyone we came in contact with (e.g. sales, technical support, operations) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and timely. They clearly know how to trouble-shoot/problem-solve and explain technical issues in a manner that non-technical folks can understand. Also, they are extremely well organized! Two thumbs up for the folks we worked with including (Walker, Chris, Stephen, Brandon, Neal, Rob and Amber) and for the Company!!

Such a great company. We always feel in good hands with John H. Coleman. Their customer care program is a great value and helps with peace of mind. Justin came to look at our furnace today and assess an issue we were having. Not only was he friendly and professional but he showed me exactly what he was doing and explained the problem that he found.
Robert came out to my mothers house June 20th 2025 to inspect a Navien tankless hot water heater that was leaking enough water to keep a 5’ area wet in her garage.He came out and told her this was normal condensation. And supposedly checked with another technician.(My mom is single and believes professionals)I get back from working abroad 5 days ago and she tells me about the water heater”condensation “I open the unit up, identify the leak in under a minute.Call Navien, get the entire unit replaced and installed under warranty.
