Dragon installed a new Lennox air conditioner for me last November (2024). The installation process was very smooth and done with great care. In addition to the installation, Joe Mondragon spent unrushed time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions in detail, as well as going over the maintenance protocol I should follow in terms of filter changes and routine attention to keeping the lines clog free.I have done well with the filter changes over the past year, but fell short on the pouring of vinegar through the lines every quarter, even though Joe had placed a funnel in place so that I would remember exactly where to pour the vinegar.So.... the lines did get a clog. When the ac was installed, they placed a little safety box that would fill with water and shut the ac off in the case of a clog.The system worked as intended: the safety box filled with water and the ac shut down. I sent in a service request on a Sunday evening, thinking I'd hear back on the Monday.But I got a call almost immediately. Joe described to me how to release the clog, but it was too stuck. So first thing Monday morning Joe was here and had everything running again in minutes. He also took the time to check over everything and make sure all was fine. I was not charged for today's service.All of the information I gave above about this clog incident is what Joe went over with me as he dealt with the issue today.That is one of the most impressive things about this company; they take the time to educate you along the way.I have dealt with Dragon for many years. They are incomparable in terms of knowledge, careful work, and trustworthiness. You can rely on them in every way.
Our AC went out on a hot summer evening. Dragon Heating and Air came recommended to us, and we are so glad we went with him. They showed up at the end of their long work day. Joe was thorough, informative, and friendly. He taught us about our AC unit and maintenance to extend its life. We will definitely be using Dragon Heating and Air again.
Excellent service. People in my neighborhood recommend them quite a bit and now I see why. They were friendly, thorough, took the time to explain everything to us and showed us how to do certain things ourselves moving forward even though we were the last customers at the very end of their long day. Came across genuine, trustworthy, and patient. Pricing was fair and what I'd expect. Would call again.
