I may be one of Menards AC special customers! I attempted a project myself. I did not have the confidence to complete it myself. I called Menards and ask for some assistance. They worked out a time that worked for me and sent out a technician. He showed up in a very nice neat clean utility Work truck. The technician was dress nice and neat Very respectful and knowledgeable of the project! When he left, my project was complete and working as it should be! Two thumbs up to Menards AC! I would recommend them for a service work new installation Or for that special customer like myself that just needs a hand completing a project!
Dustin was amazing!! He was extremely polite. Very informative and did everything possible to help us in a timely, cost efficient manner.After the original tech left, noticed the heater stopped working again called back and they sent someone back out at 5pm on a Friday. He had it back up and running within a few mins. Just needed one more wire changed.Pleased with the same day service!
