Fast, friendly, fair, and professional! They truly understand how brutal a Louisiana summer can be, especially when an ac decides a "feels like" temp of 105 is the perfect time to quit working! They worked hard to get to me as soon as possible, and they had my ac back up and running in no time!
My AC broke and I have Home Warranty of America so I called Ragin Air LLC and ask if they could help me. I spoke to Ashley the office manager and she was very kind and helpful and she said she would call HWA and tell them they will take care of us. I was very impressed with the time that she called me back and said they were approved to take my claim. She sent a technician out right away, he found the problem, they called HWA and got the part approved for installation. The technician was nice, just so happened to have the part on his truck so he fixed it and was on his way in a few hours. I am very impressed with Ragin Air and will definitely call them in the future.
