Mr. Logan Melancon arrived early and promptly got to work. He came to inspect my 5-ton and 2-ton units and condensers and made sure they were working properly. He correctly identified a known issue and informed me how to circumvent the problem and move forward. While working, I asked if he could give me a quote on changing my indoor AC grill. Mr. Logan thoroughly checked out the broken grill and quickly found me a replacement. Employees like Mr. Logan Melancon are exactly the reason why I keep coming back to Tim's Southern. Thanks again!Mr. Luke Willett stayed well after 5 p.m. to ensure that I received quality service. I needed someone to come out and inspect my water softener/carbon filter because I thought that it may not be softening/filtering properly. Turns out, it was user-error; the water softener/carbon filter never stopped working, rather, I was just not using enough water to noticeably cause the salt levels in the storage tank to drop. Mr. Luke took note of the current salt levels and made a plan to come back out and check the levels for me after some more time passes. Mr. Luke has come out multiple times and has always been personable and knowledgeable. Service like Mr. Luke Willett's is a big reason why I trust Tim's Southern. I really appreciate it, y'all.
