although I Already knew after dealing with your people on different occasions That’s a $49 service deal was to get your tech/salesman to upsell me. I knew equipment that I supposedly needed. In this case, your tech was correct and I went with the changes that he suggested. So my bill went from $49 to over $1600 but then he told me there would be an extra thousand dollars to clean out my Vents. I Have now agreed to the nearly 9 dollars a month Charge primarily because the technicians that have been here in the past as well as Lewis are good at what they do. although I still need my ducts cleaned and checked out, I feel you can do it much cheaper.

Luis was very professional and made sure we understood everything that he was doing and what each part was for and its function. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable in working on the A/C. You guys are great would definitely recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

I’ve had ACS as my service provider for the last 8 years. They’re awesome every time we need them. They are consistent with service and are sure to remind us of our unit maintenance appointments.
