Graham came out three times this month. First time was just for a check and the gentleman that came by said that there was wires that weren't on the correctly for the heating. So they sent out two guys to come fix it a week later and they said there was nothing wrong and checked everything and said everything was fine. But just two days after there's no air conditioning it keeps running but there's no cold air coming out. So then they send Jay out and he found the problem and fixed everything. Because of the problems we were having our electric bill jumped up more than $400 in one month. So those two guys that came the second time probably need to go back to school to learn how to fix the air conditioning unit. I really like Graham cuz they really helped us a lot but I think they need to make sure that they're technicians know what they're doing.
The technician, Dustin, arrived on time. He really knew what he was talking about while we were discussing my HVAC system. He recommended a couple of things I should consider implementing to improve the system.
