Chad from Springer Bros came out to give me an estimate for our ducts. After showing me pictures and videos of the areas he had to look at he actually told me they did not need to be done. Now that's an honest Business he could of just given me a price but he was honest enough to let me know they did not need to be cleaned. I'd recommend them on their values alone. Chad was extremely pleasant and friendly.

I purchased my home a little over a year ago. The AC that was installed two years ago was by SpringerBros. I just went ahead and stayed with them for maintenance. Anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns, they’ve either talked with me on the phone or sent someone out quickly. Today, Ty Came out to do the six-month Inspection. He was amazing and efficient. This is an old house and there has been so many things go wrong. So naturally I’m a little stressed. TT even took the time to give me some encouraging words and I appreciate that.

They have a great staff of knowledgeable technicians and the prices are reasonable. They do have a contract you can sign up for if you so desire. Skylar has been the technician doing our work several times. His knowledgeable and very pleasant does this job efficiently. Give them a try I'm sure you'll be very satisfied... Springer Brothers in Auburndale was referred to me by an employee of my electric company. Although a little more money than my other two estimates, I liked Chad's professional and honest presentation. His inspection of my old installation pointed out some issues that the other people didn't and assured me their installers don't take shortcuts. He happily answered all my questions. After researching Daikin systems, I purchased one of their 17 SEER2 Inverter Systems. It includes 12-year parts and labor.
That's just the beginning. Their three-man installation team led by Rafael was the best. I have had numerous HVAC systems installed over the years and never saw a team that worked so well together. With my engineering background I'm a detailed oriented person and am hard to please. Their attention to detail satisfied my every wish. They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't' expect a better and more harmonious installation. They did the little things you don't normally see like refinish the cold air return with special material that fights mold and mildew. They even removed the UV light from my old unit and installed it in the new one, rather than try to sell me a new one.
I'm very happy with every aspect of my experience with Springer Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating. Thanks Chad. Thanks Rafael. Thanks Nicole.

Springer Brothers provided outstanding and timely service and communication for the sale and installation of a new A/C condenser, air handler, and thermostat. Throughout the process, all involved were here when they said they would be and their communication with us was superb. They performed the work efficiently and their clean-up afterward, including the removal of the old units, was excellent. All the staff we interacted with, including the sales representative, service technicians, and office staff were professional and friendly. All of them inspire confidence in the quality of the system we purchased. I will most definitely continue working with Springer Brothers for our future A/C needs, including periodic preventative maintenance. I very highly recommend Springer Brothers.
