From the first estimate through the completed job everything was excellent. The estimate process was very thorough, way more than any other company did. Just that alone is worth it. You get a lot of information. Then the work is high quality. They respect your property and clean up when done. They may be a bit more expensive than others but, you get what you pay for. They were the same as another company that was not doing near the amount of work that Gorjanc did. They installed a dual system that is for heating, I have a boiler, and it takes place of the water heater. It’s 95% efficient so I will save on my gas bill. The photos are the before and after.

Superb work by Justin, Deonte, and Ethan of Gorjanc installing 2 new toilets and new water supply hardware, and replacing basement tub sink faucet with supply lines and shut-off valves. Justin caught and fixed what I think is one of the worst/most common screw-ups—our old toilet was set below the level of the tile floor, which I think accounts for the occasional whiff of sewer gas I used to sense in that bathroom. Justin expertly installed a new flange to correct the situation. It’s exactly the kind of thing that led me to hire Gorjanc —the possibility of a complication I didn’t want to have to deal with myself and which I trusted Justin to catch and address. We’ve had outstanding service from Gorjanc across the board—HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Fair pricing, great communication, competent, trustworthy, high-quality services. I very highly recommend them.
