I had just moved to Lorain and discovered I had no hot water in my new house — found the unit was from 2014! I called Jacks bc their name sounded close to the plumber I used back in North Royalton. They came in, removed the ancient water heater and installed the new one. Very professional young guys — and the best part was they fixed the Y valve that was rigged in 2014. Saved me a lot of headaches down the road. If you want a thorough and detailed installation, call Stack!

The 2 technicians were very experienced and professional. I can't remember their names, but listening to them I knew they were from eastern Europe. They told me they were both from Albania. I would recommend them for any installation. Thanks!!

They were at our house in less than an hour and had us up and running in no time, for the price of a regular service call. Their folks are always so nice and knowledgeable. We love Stack!!

They wore protective coverings on shoes , laid out tarps , cleaned up and removed debris . They answered all my questions and treated my family with the upmost respect . After years of dealing with a substandard Goodman unit , I can finally relax knowing we have new unit. backed by an excellent warranty for parts and labor . The attention to detail was excellent. I’ve worked on the trades for 38 years , Stack is exceptional
