I had just moved to Lorain and discovered I had no hot water in my new house — found the unit was from 2014! I called Jacks bc their name sounded close to the plumber I used back in North Royalton. They came in, removed the ancient water heater and installed the new one. Very professional young guys — and the best part was they fixed the Y valve that was rigged in 2014. A completely new HVAC system was installed along with a new hot water tank. The job was finished in 2 days with everything done as ordered and all site cleaned up afterward. The 2 technicians were very experienced and professional. I can't remember their names, but listening to them I knew they were from eastern Europe. They told me they were both from Albania. I would recommend them for any installation. Thanks!!
We’ve had a maintenance contract with Stack for 12+ years, which came in handy when our furnace died in January 2026 at 10pm on a Saturday night in zero degree weather. No problem! They were at our house in less than an hour and had us up and running in no time, for the price of a regular service call. Their folks are always so nice and knowledgeable. We love Stack!!
That was the best hundred dollars I ever spent. He helped me learn how to take my furnace apart and clean it properly and we disabled our old April fresh contraption on the side and he explained everything to me about the furnace and combustion and it was super cool. The Stack team installed my new hvac system. The estimator was prompt and explained the new system and features . We were offered 2 systems to fit in our budget . The install team was meticulous . They wore protective coverings on shoes , laid out tarps , cleaned up and removed debris . They answered all my questions and treated my family with the upmost respect . After years of dealing with a substandard Goodman unit , I can finally relax knowing we have new unit. backed by an excellent warranty for parts and labor . The attention to detail was excellent.
