When my old heater stopped working during a cold spring spell, I needed to find someone reliable to fix it quickly. I found a list of HVAC companies online and decided to call this business because of their great customer reviews. Trenton was working on another job at the time, but still managed to offer me a same-day appointment to look at my heater problem. Trenton and Bryson showed up on time and were very friendly and professional during our first meeting. They listened carefully to the issues I had noticed before my heater stopped working and ran some tests to figure out if it could be repaired. They were honest and explained that, because of the heater's age and the problems it had, it couldn't be fixed. Since I also had some problems with my air conditioner, I asked them to check that out too. They took the time to look at both systems and offered me several replacement options for a new HVAC setup. Trenton and Bryson explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my choices before moving forward. Now, my new system is installed and working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service from this team—they were prompt, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend them for anyone needing heater repairs or replacement in Colorado!

Preston came by earlier in the week to take measurements and explain what would happen during the HVAC system installation. He was very professional and clearly knew a lot about the process. I really appreciated how passionate he was about his work. On installation day, a team of four arrived right on time, even a bit early. They took care to protect our floors with a rug and even offered to take off their shoes if needed. Both Trenton and Bryson made sure to clearly explain how the new heating and cooling system and thermostat would work. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before finishing up. After they were done, they left the downstairs and outside areas spotless. If you’re in Lakewood and need HVAC service, I highly recommend having your system installed by this company.

He took careful measurements and explained the costs clearly, answering all my questions about the AC system. Highly recommended! I had a new ductless heat pump system with two units installed in my shop in Lakewood. The pricing was fair, and they always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. On installation day, it was cold and rainy, but the team, including Preston, showed up on time and finished the heater installation quickly and efficiently. The work was very neat and looked professional inside and outside. My new heater has been running smoothly, and I’m really impressed with how quiet it is. I will definitely call them again if I need heater repair or service in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Full Spectrum Heating & Air Conditioning when they came out to update our HVAC system in Lakewood. Preston handled our estimate and made sure I felt comfortable and respected during the whole process, which I really appreciated since I work from home alone a lot. He clearly explained all my options, helped me stay within my budget, and took detailed notes so I could easily talk everything over with my husband later. The installation was completed quickly—in just one morning while we were out. I felt totally confident leaving the team with access to our home. They called to let us know when everything was finished, made sure the house was secure, and we returned to a perfectly cooled home.
