On one of the coldest days of our winter. I’m glad there was a local Very Professional company to call. I picked Jump randomly. BJ responded in just a few hours.The problem was fixed before I knew it. Extra kudos as he noticed how cold I was in layers of clothing. He kindly did not delay a day for completion. The price was reasonable. I may also mention him being out in the subzero day as a blizzard came and went. Very Thankful and Blessed we are for BJ’s skills.
BJ, Adam and his crew were fantastic, confident, and honest. We used them to quote a new furnace.The first two companies that came out gave us some sticker shock and used car salesman tactics that triggered lots of red flags.Those companies tried to steer us towards tax incentives that no longer exist, sold fear of what could go wrong in the future as opposed to what we called them about, and made price comparisons complex and overwhelming.We contacted JUMP for a third opinion.JUMP's analysis and quote was simple, straightforward, and they didn't attempt to inflate costs through excessive service plans, "air flow" packages, or difficult to read comparison charts / walls of texts with technical speak.Their answers were clear yes / no responses and they didn't make it feel like I needed to become an HVAC expert to know if I was getting screwed.The pricing they gave us was literally half the lowest rip off quote from the other companies and the technicians that installed the equipment just a knowledgeable and professional.With the unit now installed and we're several nights into sub freezing temps with no problem!We're thrilled with our choice to go with JUMP and recommend them for their honesty and fair value for your money. Our house is warming evenly and we feel like we have a company we can trust for the long term. Super happy we did our research and supply happy we chose JUMP! A+++
Adam from Jump HVAC diagnosed and repaired the mini-split unit in our Air BNB and was fantastic. He came on very short notice and had the issue sorted out quickly. Friendly and courteous with a genuine focus/intent on solving the unusual problem without selling a lot of extra stuff. Expertise and experience were very obvious to see, and he actually explained what he was doing throughout. He even brought his son who is his apprentice! A real family business. Will absolutely use again in the future. Would give 6 stars if I could!
