Craig at Quinnair Heating & Air Conditioning is fantastic! He came out right away when I had an issue with my furnace and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. What stood out most was his honesty and trustworthiness—he clearly explained what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell me on an unnecessary (and expensive) full HVAC replacement. It’s rare to find a company/technician who genuinely has the customer’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend Craig and Quinnair for anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service!

This was my first time using Quinnair and I’m so glad to have found them. They responded quickly and had a couple guys out to check out my heater the same day. Chris was very knowledgeable and found the issue with my heater and explained what was going on. He was very respectful and used booties in my house and careful not to track dirt and snow in my home which I always appreciate. I will definitely use them again.
