Tobin Heating & AC has become one of my favorite companies to recommend! I’ve used them several times over the past 5 years for furnace and AC service, as well as (recently) whole system replacement. Phil is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and simply the best at thorough accurate diagnosis. They are honest, practical, and understand that we all have budget limits. No high-pressure sales tactics! Their techs are also kind, considerate, & efficient. After having multiple bad experiences with other HVAC companies in the past, it’s so nice to have an HVAC company I can trust!

Mason has been my "go-to" for the last several years and was thorough with my new furnace and heat pump. I would recommend Tobin HVAC to family, friends or anyone else. They were recommended to me by a friend that I trust and I'm so glad I called them. From the phone call that was answered by Donna to Mason showing up to fix my boiler. Donna was very polite and friendly on the phone when she got me scheduled. To Mason explaining everything to me before he started to work on my 20 year old boiler. My brother works in HVAC in Wi and told me what he thought the problem was and that was exactly what Mason said it was. He repaired my boiler at a very fair price in a short period of time. And that is why I called them 4 years later and fortunately Mason showed up again and got the same GREAT service. Great company "never tried to up sell me for service that was not needed". Thats why they get repeat customers. You were awesome Mason. I felt good about the company and the people that there. I hope I do not need you anytime soon but I will request you if I need work in the future.
Had a weird sound coming from our furnace and this company was incredible in responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy, integrity and skill. So glad we found them to walk us thru options and replacement. Called on a Friday, lead technician Phil came out on Saturday and the replacement was completed Monday. Zero complaints and feeling solid about our choice to go with Tobin. They clearly get it and deliver what I would expect from an honest and community-based family business. 100% recommend
