Awesome experience with Jason. Our furnace stopped working right as the temps have started dropping. Jason was able to come out same day, took a look to diagnose the issue, offered potential fixes, and made sure we understood our options. During the diagnostic the furnace began working again and Jason spent extra time with us to make sure it was cycling properly. He never pushed a solution on us and said he’d be happy to come back if the issue resurfaced. The diagnostic fee was totally reasonable and well worth it.
