This morning I woke up to a cold house and a flooded basement. There was water in my furnace. I called other companies but didn't have any luck. When I called Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning was at my house within half an hour. Very professional, kind, and understanding. He got the water out of my furnace and helped with getting some water out of the basement. I would refer Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning to any one. Great company.

We have been on the maintenance program with Spencer Heating & Air for 4 years.Omid who performs our service has always been great to work with on each visit. We recently had an issue and no AC, Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning came right out to help. Omid made an extra effort to track down the part and rearrange schedules to get us back up and running before the weekend. Everyone I have dealt with at Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning has been so professional and easy to work with. I appreciate the time they take to explain the issues and options we have for repair as well as getting it done quickly.
