I am a first time customer and a first time home owner and could not be more pleased by the installation of my new water heater this morning. I had Austin and another gentleman out and they could not have been more professional and kind throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions and then some and also reassuring me i made the right decision with replacing the old tank. I’m especially impressed with how clean all the pipes look now. Very grateful for the experience and customer service I have received. Thank you Doty for making everything so easy and smooth.

The plumbing services I received were great. I needed some pipes replaced, a new water heater, and a chimney liner. The work was done within the same week of making the first call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The finished work looks awesome. I think the price was a little high, even for the nature of the work being done. But at the end of the day i would say it was well worth it for convenience, professionalism, and quality of work. Definitely recommend Doty.
