Had an Aire Serv tech come to check where a water leak was coming from.Cleaned out exhaust tube which was really dirty. That was good, for a few days.A/C started leaking again, will have them come back out.
Aire Serv did a wonderful job setting up my 25,000 sq ft cold room. Jared was on top of everything, communicated well and on time. Which is rare these days with most companies. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone wanting premium service and equipment. Can't wait to work with this amazing group on future expansions. Thanks guys from everyone here at BTK.
Dropped me the morning of an appointment I had waited weeks for. Reason given was other systems took priority. Again, this is the morning of an appt, 2 hours before my time slot. This company cannot be trusted to honor appointments. However, if you are looking for same day service, maybe try them as they will bump prior commitments, clearly. An appointment with them is worthless if they can bump you anytime with almost no notice after you have already made arrangements. Most places have a no show fee they will charge customers, funny how that does not work the other way around.
Easy to schedule and good follow up confirming our appointment. Our service tech Elias was right on time. He was thorough and professional, and provided detailed information about an issue he found with our system, as well as multiple options for service.
Needed to replace a section of rusted air duct in my home. Went to Aire Serv and I’m glad I did. Clay and Travis went to my home and explained all that needed to be done. They know their stuff and answered all my concerns. Steven, David and company did the installation. They did a great job! Thanks guys!
