We converted from Evap Cooler, to refrigerated air. The price was very good. Juan explained everything and they did a great job of the installation. They were all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Starrett. It was a good experience.Addition:I had a tankless water heater installed. Juan and Anthony came out on a Saturday, to do the installation. It required quite q bit of work, because of the place and water lines. They got it working well. Juan told me about a whole house descaler he had seen someone else using that work so well to keep the water heater from getting scale on the elements. Juan came out on a second Saturday and installed it for us. It seems to work really well. Our soap lathers better and the white scale we had on the shower head has disappeared. I am so thankful I went to Starrett to get all this work done. They gave me a great price and did a great job, and I picked up a new friend, Juan. I highly recommend Starrett.

My 91 year old mother’s heater went out I called Juan, he scheduled me in and was “Juan on the spot.” He diagnosed the 54 year old system found it to be dangerous and condemned it. He replaced the condemned system with a brand new Goodman heater. Great job Juan. Mother is nice and warm. In the heat of the summer our HVAC system went out, after calling Starrett’s for a service call Mr. Juan came out and performed a thorough diagnostic. It was determined that the HVAC unit of 15 yrs had finally served its purpose. We got the unexpected results of needing to purchase a new unit. We were offered a great deal on a whole new HVAC system. With in days Mr Juan and the Starrett’s crew had our install completed and up & running!!We highly recommend the highly knowledgeable and experienced Startett’s crew.
We've always used Starrett's for furnace maintenance, any HVAC issues and now to install 2 smart thermostats. They're always professional and have reasonable pricing. They remain our go to for HVAC issues. The price I'm listing is for each thermostat. Total price for 2 was $750. We just paid almost $600 for one we had installed at a house in Illinois.
