Ben has done it again. I honestly don't know how he does it, but every single time I call, he goes above and beyond.
My tenant called him directly during a 110° Las Vegas day when the A/C stopped working, and Ben did everything he could to get there as quickly as possible. He fixed the issue, came back to make sure everything was right, and never made us feel like we were just another customer.
I've worked with several A/C companies over the years, and I've never experienced this level of service. Most companies just want to get paid and move on. Ben and his team genuinely care about helping people. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
As much as I hate having A/C problems, I always feel relieved knowing I can call Ben. I trust him completely, and I know he'll take care of us the right way.

I'm so grateful that a friend recommended this company. Ben and his staff are the best in Las Vegas. After calling him to get an estimate for a new ac unit for our home, his team promptly came to investigate what was needed; I was given an extremely fair quote for the new ac unit, and Ben quickly arranged all that was needed for us (a crane, etc.). Within days of calling for a quote, he and his team removed the old ac unit and installed a new ac unit for my home.
Ben was fair, professional, patient, and kind! He and his staff are all excellent people and went above and beyond. Ben's clarity when explaining things, openness to questions, and his communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. They say: Life is all about the breath you take and with that AIR you breathe, a non negotiable should be AIR that is clean and healthy, in order to enjoy it.
