Bulldog Air Conditioning & Heating Repair Las Vegas

Rob fixed the system that the original people put in and cleaned everything perfectly. I’d like to add the chemical strip they do for the coils is NOT a bad smell so if you need it done I highly recommend it. Thank you again Rob, when I need my next filter, change and chemical clean, I will be contacting him.

BEWARE: Bulldog will try to sell you a Tune Up that is NOT a Tune Up....it is an INSPECTION ONLY. They do absolutely nothing to your AC - just take the panel off and look at it. Then, they try to sell you the ACTUAL Tune Up, which is over $100 - which is the appropriate price. SO - if they call you and say you will get a TUNE UP for about $10 - just know it is NOT a Tune Up. I am writing this review because I had warned them that if they KEEP CALLING me, I would review them AND report them to the Better Business Bureau. I used them over 5 years ago and they won't stop calling. I have blocked the number, but they get new ones. For a small company , it is amazing that the owner can't control his phone service callers nor can he provide them with any details about what a customer gets for the $10 "tune up" (it used to be about $40 I believe). I wouldn't have a problem if they were UP FRONT about what they are selling. It is an INSPECTION, NOT A TUNE UP.

Robert the Bulldog air tech came out very friendly and positive. As he went upstairs to take off the panel, I insisted to be up on the roof with him as I observed him takeoff the panel to my AC unit. We noticed a wire that was disconnected from the previous tech who gave us a lot of bad information. Robert the Bulldog air tech reassured me about the condition of my AC unit and what we could do about it. He also gave me some better options than just replacing the whole unit. He said we could just take care of some parts. We really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. We really recommend Bulldog air conditioning to anyone who wants an honest company to work on your unit.

Rob Cheyne came out to do the winter system maintenance and to change my heat pump filter. He was very efficient as usual and added a little seasonal cheer by gifting me with a small Xmas gift bag with a tiny stuffed Bulldog and a few Bulldog promotional products like pens and keychain flashlight. Also, since I am new to the heat pump world, he gave me a tip on where to buy the same filter at a cheaper price. Rob’s level of expertise and customer service skills are exemplary and are an asset to this company.

Robert and Bulldog are awesome. They came out and quickly diagnosed an issue and gave me the best quote for repair out of the 5 companies that came out to look. They also set my mind at ease when two other companies tried their best to sell me a whole new unit.
