I had a great experience from start to finish! They initially came out to provide an estimate after my water heater broke and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I ultimately decided to purchase a new water heater, and they handled the installation as well. The entire process was smooth, professional, and informative. They did a great job with the installation and made sure I understood everything before they left. I really appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with our water heater. We lost hot water and in a salon that’s an emergency! Gunny’s arrived right away and assessed the situation and gave me options! They ended up replacing my whole water heater within a few hours of calling them. Highly recommend these guys!! Clean job, fixed all the issues they seen on our old system. A job well done.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. It's pretty stressful to find a leak in your house and starting with the office staff, they're kind and caring while getting an appointment set up and keeping me updated when the technician would arrive.
The technician was great, took his time and made sure he located the leak and showed me what the issue was and what I needed to know for my insurance company. I'm so grateful for everyone at Gunny's and their professionalism as well as their thorough completion.
