I will never use these guys again. And I don’t recommend them at all. 6 service visits and two different technicians to install a simple humidifier. Unecessary holes drilled and cut into my walls. Unable to pass a simple wire that then my husband had to pass and did so in a few minutes, despite being told it wasn’t possible. In addition they were so rushed on one of the visits, that they blew a fuse and our whole heating system shut down on a -10 day. Almost every time I called to indicate that it was still not working and/or something new had occurred, I was treated like an idiot who didn’t know what I was talking about. I was told I needed to wait longer, or to check the breakers or the best one …. my Ecobee (fully functional btw) was to blame, all of which was not true. In the end it was blatant incompetence. And when confronted with the facts the technicians refused to admit they were wrong. They insisted they had done the best to their capability. If that’s the best, my god stay away. This whole thing was such a stressful nightmare. And all of this after the fact we had paid them!

Thank you Rony and is team to have provide an outstanding and prompt service to my home. My furnace stopped working on the week where we had temperatures near the -30 degree C. When i conducted my service call I was expecting a few days waiting but instead within the same day we got taken care of and have a team onsite the same day. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem right away. Great Service and experience from the CLIMATECH team. I would recommend them anytime.

On January 16 my furnace suddenly stopped working, but I didn’t notice for a few hours until the house was starting to feel cold . I called Ronny at Climatech Laval through a family member that had a great experience last year. Called at 6:45PM and they answered and was immediately helping me diagnose the issue. He was able to find a solution within minutes . His service is prompt and genuine which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended if you want someone who clearly enjoys what he does. 5 stars!

My furnace was damage then I called Climatech for a service, in just a few hours later Mr. Rony called back and booked quickly an appointment to come checking the furnace. Finally, he replaced the new furnace on the next day and it worked very well. Thanks a lot for his quick response and professionalism resolving our problem within 2 days. Tran

Got a wall mounted heat pump installed in both of our last 2 houses and have always had great experiences with Climatech. Very good service and an excellent quality product. The technicians were punctual and thorough, and installed everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Climatech to others.
