I couldn't be happier with the heat pump and furnace installation by Vincenzo and Gabriel at Climatisation BS. They are a dynamic duo who work incredibly well together. The quality of the installation was perfect, and their professionalism and attitude were second to none. They were so meticulous, it was like they were doing the work for themselves at their own home. They were also very personable and left the work area completely clean. True experts! Update: Jenny B. just visited as the service technician and she was fantastic. Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional...another expert member of the Climatisation BS team!

Very professional work. Zachary Llarena and Widmir Victor are very careful and professional. They spent almost whole day to finish this hard work and install a new machine for our family, and I appreciate their service! Yesterday, another two guys from your company also did very good work, even I don't know their name. It's really good choice to let them replace a new machine for us. I think everyone in your company is really friendly. Thank you Claudio de Rose to introduce this service to our home.

Found this company through Costco a client rep named Claudio De Rose came out to my home . He provided all the information needed both technical and financial ( financing is available). The installation took place a week later a professional crew of three spent most of the day removing the old unit and installing the new Lenox ML17XP-024 one along with all the new hardware lines , water pump Honeywell thermostat ( works with an app I set up myself later very easy ). The crew provided a tutorial on everything , cleaned up everything left nothing behind. Took the time to address a couple little issues before leaving and that was it . Highly recommend company and I am sure will be available for any service calls down the line if required.
