From the first phone call JP and his team were awesome at giving information when I needed it. Pricing and warranty info was spot on and transparent. The installation team was amazing at explaining every detail as they went along and answered all my questions to the fullest. This is the second time we bought products from RCGV. The first time was excellent, they did a great job at installing and capping the viewable cables. The second time however, we felt like the job was done poorly and the capping was done really badly. We requested white but the capping wasn't done thoroughly as you can see on the following pictures and the wiring between the eaves trough and the wall doesn't look right. When they came to cap, they never knocked on the door to let me know they arrived or after completion never attempted to show me they were done, I had come out just in time ( while they were about to leave), it made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. We called to see if there was a possibility you fix our concerns and no one returned our calls. Not happy at all
