I had a heat pump installed and was very impressed by the quality and professionalism of all of the employees involved. I would definitely recommend SteFanAir to anyone of my friends. Great experience.
Very professional sales person who took the time to explain all the options, the cost and make a recommendation. Their technicians did a good job with the installation. Very satisfied overall.

Technicians diagnose the issue and make recommendations; for systems outside warranty, StéFanAir provides a repair estimate. After approval, it takes a deposit to order parts, schedules the repair when they arrive and follows up afterward.
Emergency repairs are available seven days a week during cold weather. From October 15 to April 15, repairs can also be performed in the evenings and on weekends.
Maintenance starts when outdoor temperatures rise above 10°C and runs through April, then resumes in September until temperatures fall below 10°C. During the summer peak, service is reserved for new installations or repairs to systems that have failed.
