I was referred to CMB by a friend who was very happy with their service and saved a significant amount on replacing a heater. I replaced my entire HVAC system, and I was really happy. I noticed that their guys had a lot of years of experience and were impressively knowledgeable. When they arrive and entered my home they always put on shoe covers which is so respectful. They were patient and detail oriented when I had questions, showing me where everything was and walking me thru how to set or operate the things.. I really like my new system and it's so much more efficient. I honestly recommend CMB very highly to everyone without hesitation. I had obtained 2 other bids from recognizable name companies, but CMB had the best price, and were professional and reliable which made me feel really glad I chose them. Subsequent winter maintenance visit was also easy and Channing showed me how to use the garden hose to gently spray off the dirt on the outside fan. I learned that the fan unit was water safe!If you need HVAC work definitely contact Lane Bird or Dan Moffett at CMB, I was glad I didn't go with the big name companies, cuz with CMB I get much more personalize service and saved money, and they always respond quickly to calls or messages. Very professional people.????
Had an issue with my furnace not working properly and Channing was here within 1 hour and got it working like a champ again. He was quick, clean, knowledgeable, and very personable. He even made sure to inspect my furnace while he was here. I will definitely use CMB HVAC again!

As a new home owner, I had no clue I had to do so much regular maintenance. These guys came recommended by a coworker and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They are so sweet, professional and have explained to me in simples mans terms the yearly maintenanced that will need to be done. Seriously, they're awesome and lifesavers!!
