Easy to contact and get on their schedule within a couple hours of me calling. Jason came right on time and was very efficient. He made sure I knew what was going on, and gave me all my options. I ended up Needing a new water heater and they got it installed and everything up and running in a couple hours. I’m very pleased with the service I received.
Bryce did a great job servicing the furnace. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and was patient in answering questions. He also provided lots of pictures (Like the ones below) and a great written explanation of the diagnostics. I would highly recommend Bryce and Mountain Home Services!
I found Mountain Home Services on Maps because my water heater went out Saturday and I called them on Sunday and they came on Monday at 8 AM that’s fast. Our service guy and the service he gave us was exceptional and was very friendly and professional in his installation of our water heater. Job well done thank you. Mountain Home Services were outstanding! The ordering process was easy with a great sales guy JD! Where other firms quoted 69-90 days to install, Mountain Home installed a week after signing the contract. They did everything as promised from permits, inspections (Pending) to coordinating the gas company (also verified on installation was verification of all pilot lights!) The installers were TOP NOTCH! Tried getting quotes from a competitive brand, but after multiple calls playing 20 questions each, NEVER GOT LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS NAME!!!!! You JUST CANT GO WRONG WITH MOUTAIN HOME SERVICES!!!!!
