From the very beginning, Carson was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to develop a detailed plan of action for our project, walking me through every step so I understood exactly what to expect. Even better, he explained all the equipment options thoroughly without ever making me feel pressured to choose. His knowledge and patience made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

When it came time for the installation, the team of Daniel, Parker, and Landon and the rest of the team were nothing short of amazing. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and courteous, and treated our home with the utmost respect. The installers were extremely clean and tidy throughout the process, leaving everything spotless. They also took the time to explain the system, answer all of our questions, and ensure that everything was fully understood before they left. Their attention to detail and thoroughness gave me total confidence in the quality of the work.

Overall, Mountain Home Services exceeded my expectations in every way. Where other firms quoted 69-90 days to install, Mountain Home installed a week after signing the contract. They did everything as promised from permits, inspections (Pending) to coordinating the gas company (also verified on installation was verification of all pilot lights!) The installers were TOP NOTCH! Tried getting quotes from a competitive brand, but after multiple calls playing 20 questions each, NEVER GOT LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS NAME!!!!! You JUST CANT GO WRONG WITH MOUTAIN HOME SERVICES!!!!!
