I can’t say enough good things about this company. Early in the morning when our furnace went out, I initially called and spoke with the AI assistant, but it wasn’t very helpful. Not long after, the owner personally texted me to see if there was anything she could do to help us. That level of care immediately stood out.

At first I actually decided to go with another company, but when their quote came back it was insanely high. I reached back out to the owner and she went above and beyond to help us out. She worked with us on pricing and even dropped off space heaters to keep our house warm while everything was being figured out. That kind of service is rare.

I’m writing this review while the technicians are here installing our new furnace, and they’ve been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell this company truly cares about their customers.

If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work and treats people right, I highly recommend them.

Kobe and JD were the first to come out and did a great job trying to help address the problem. When the issue returned less than a week later, Ty came out and was extremely transparent, honest, and communicative. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that we were fully satisfied. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication from the whole team.

We have two fireplaces that we haven’t turned on in probably over 10 years. They were definitely due for a tune-up and this morning, Ty and Paige came to do just that. We decided to upgrade to the “makeover” for our basement and let me say.. totally worth it! They were not kidding when they said it would look like new. I can’t stop looking at the fire because it is just so beautiful (see the before and after pic!) Aside from that, I’m grateful to have a trusted professional check and assure things are working PROPERLY so we aren’t taking any fire risks in our home upon use. Upon completion of the service, they gave use a full rundown including “training” on proper maintenance and use. I appreciated their expertise and knowledge, as well as their thorough explanations and answers to my questions. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to my closest friends and family. Amazing people providing amazing service.
