KTP has serve me well over ther years. I recommend them to a friend of mine who had KTP install a furnace for him and he as well spoke highly of their team. They have my recommendation, if you are looking for a new furnace.
I highly recommend KTP Mechanical! They installed an air conditioner for me a few years ago and this past week they came out to replace my furnaces after one broke on a very cold day. They rushed to assist me and make sure my house was warm. They really care about their clients. Tyler and his team always do an amazing job! From the moment you request service, you are treated like family. Jason, Justin and the rest of the team are kind, courteous and professional. Tyler, you have a great team who take pride in their work, thank you all for a job well done!!
Wow! Great response, service and communication.Had another company come first on Wednesday, basically became a “You need a replacement furnace because your 10 year old Napoleon isn’t very good. You’ll need a new control board and motor, $3200 minimum, and likely a 3week wait for the motor. You should look at replacing your furnace with a new one.” Sales guy comes an hour later, quotes $9500 for a replacement furnace, install Friday. By the way, you can buy our VIP program for more money every year too. This all just felt shady.Contact Tyler Phinney at KTP, and he had Jason at our house an hour later with a control board. Turns out the board is fine and just need a motor. They’re back first thing Thursday with a motor, and everything is working again for less than half the original repair quote from the other company and no 3 week wait.I am beyond impressed and will refer everyone I can to KTP and away from the other company.
I would give more than five stars if I could. These guys are the best. Tyler’s customer service was awesome. Called for a quote and he gave me a great deal. Then, when our old furnace suddenly failed while we were waiting for our install appointment, he moved things around and made sure we got our new furnace installed just before a cold snap. Anthony, Greysen and Kalen did a great job on the install. They were on time, very courteous, and did a super clean install - even fixing some quirks left over from a poor installation on our last furnace from a different company. Don’t hesitate to call these guys if you need help with your furnace!
