Leduc Furnaces

Well I purchased a furnace from Leduc furnace November 2024 they were very quick to come and install but as soon as I paid the bill later that day I have never been able to contact this company again I have asked for warranty info through email which I never received a reply. I needed service for my furnace this winter and could not get ahold of Leduc furnace so I had to hire a different company to perform this for me .as I Facebook messaged Leduc furnace as to which their reply was we will contact you and your warranty will still be fine well that was 4 months ago and still nothing from them. If I would have known about their terrible service after paying over 6000.00 I would have spent my money elsewhere. Now what happens if I need warranty work?????? Super disappointed!!!!!

I had an issue with the furnace intermittently shutting off. I called and had someone here the same day, Ryan was very helpful, explained what the problem was what he was fixing and even showed me that the water was never turned on for the humidity. I highly recommend this company for excellence service and will absolutely call them if I have any further issues down the road and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors

I contacted Leduc Furnaces about installing Central A/C and a new furnace. Within a few hours I had a quote and detailed information on the units they would install. When I decided to go ahead they did a pre inspection with 3 days and the actual install 2 days later. It only took a little over 6 hours. The installers were friendly and cleaned up when they were done. Very good installation. The new furnace is so quiet I cannot hear when it comes on. I'm very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our furnace broke down in the middle of the night and we woke up to quite a cold home. Called a few different HVAC companies in town in which they never returned our call. Leduc Furnaces lined up a service technician straight away and had our furnace up and running in a couple hours. Thanks Leduc Furnaces for taking care of us, would highly recommend.
