Kevin came in and inspected the furnace and a/c told me what was needing serviced, but it wasn’t an immediate necessity, and will email me the recommendations and pricing. Never any pressure with these guys. Highly recommend!

Tez performed my furnace maintenance and inspection. He was courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Previous companies I’ve have used for furnace. Inspections didn’t do half the task that he did, including checking for carbon monoxide leaks. I highly recommend First Mate Heating and Cooling and asking for Tez to perform your furnace and AC inspections.
