I was having some issues with my boiler. I have had a really hard time finding someone that I felt comfortable with, that seemed to really know what they were doing.Tanner came out and He impressed me on how much he knew about my boiler. He explained everything to me in a way that was very understandable. And he didn’t try to upsell me with things that I didn’t need.I will definitely use this company again for all of my boiler maintenance.I highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a good boiler repairman.
Plumber came for an hour and did minimal work. Charged me double what he should have for parts. Also charged me for the $99 initial consult fee which I was told they wouldn’t if work was done. AND charged me $250 for his service fee. Average for Utah is $80-200/hr. When I called and asked for an itemised statement the receptionist was snarky and… the repairman tried to lie about the work he did. The work was not done well. Be very careful with this company!
We’ve used Gunthers multiple times for both HVAC and plumbing and they’ve been great to work with every time. They always show up when they say they are going to and are very approachable while working. We will definitely use them during our next remodel.
No company or product is perfect. What makes great companies stand out from the rest is how they try to make things right. I would recommend Gunthers to friends and family alike. I had Gunthers install my Carrier furnace back in 2010. This was a top-of-the-line furnace that I expected it to last a long time. I had an issue that was a known problem for which Carrier had issued a Service Bulletin and a recall under Warranty. Though it was a little rough getting on the same page as to what needed to be done, once Gunthers understood, they took care of me. Thank you for making the effort to help me. The way you reached out and corrected the situation reminded me of why I went with you in the first place..... you try your best satisfy your customers. Other companies might have given up and left their customer wanting. You took care of my needs. Thank you. Rest assured, I'll be back when the need arises!
Gunther's installed my original furnace almost 30 years ago and has serviced my home since. They are great to work with and this install of a new furnace and air conditioner was excellent. They showed up on time and did outstanding work. Their sales team was also easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your furnace and A/C needs.
